Course Overview

The UK population is getting older, which sadly means more people are living with long term, serious health conditions. Many of them will eventually need palliative care and end of life support. If you’re providing this kind of care to someone who may only have their final months, weeks, or days ahead, it really matters that you take their preferences seriously and show care with kindness and empathy. This course fits people in lots of different roles and settings, such as hospices, care homes, community care, and primary care.
