How it works
When you study People and Organisations with us, you’ll complete a Level 3 (60 credits) OTHM diploma. It’s designed to help you pick up the knowledge and skills you need to do well in the People and Organisations field.
You’ll learn fully online, and you can begin whenever you like, so it fits around your life. Each module includes 40 hours of tutor-guided online study. On top of that, you’ll also be given 30 to 50 hours of optional extras, such as suggested activities, useful readings, digital resources, and short self-check tasks.
To finish the diploma, you’ll submit 6 online assignments at each level. Each one is roughly 2,000 to 3,000 words. Once you successfully pass, you’ll receive the OTHM diploma. After that, you can also use it to top up into a bachelor’s degree through a selection of UK universities.
Throughout the course, you’ll have access to 1-2-1 tutor support and webinars, plus online learning forums where you can interact with others. There are also extra resources to help you work through the diploma with less stress. For more details, check the Student Resources page. You can also look at the academic standards we meet and the professional links we’re part of, so you know you’re getting a strong learning experience.
