mental health first aid workplace stigma reduction mentally healthy workplace tutor supported study NCFE CACHE accreditation

You’ll gain a clear understanding of common mental health challenges and learn what support is available at work.

Support your team and those around you with a nationally recognised Mental Health First Aid course

Recent findings point to more than 12 million working days lost in a year because of stress, depression, or anxiety linked to the workplace. That’s why it matters that employers talk openly about mental health, so staff feel supported and the culture stays inclusive.

When people across every level of an organisation understand mental health better, the stigma doesn’t stand a chance. This Mental Health First Aid and Advocacy in the Workplace course is a recognised Level 2 qualification. You’ll learn practical ways to support someone who may be struggling, and you’ll also explore what a mentally healthy workplace should feel like day to day.
