The Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care equips you with the understanding you need to support patients as they move through the final stage of life.

Support people nearing the end of their life

End of life care is there to help individuals who are nearing death, so they can continue to live as fully as possible right up to the end. You can find end of life care in many different settings, such as hospices, care homes, community support, and through primary care.

This programme is built for people who already provide, or want to develop, palliative and end of life care. You’ll cover the main areas, including planning care, supporting comfort and pain management, and understanding what loss and grief can look like. It’s accredited by NCFE CACHE, an awarding organisation well known across Health and Social Care.
