Sitting the Exam
When you’re ready to take an IGCSE exam, the first step is to find an exam centre in your country that accepts private candidates. Once you’ve chosen one, you’ll register with them and pay any fees they require.
Before the exam day, double-check that your statement of entry is correct, and bring valid identification to every exam. If anything comes up, keep in touch with the centre or exam provider. They can help with questions about exam processes, including special access arrangements.
After your exams, let the centre or exam provider know if you need special consideration. You’ll also collect your results and certificates from them. If you feel something needs a second look, you can ask about reviews of marking or appeals through the centre or exam provider.
