How this HR Online Course Works
On our Human Resource Management online course, you can study a Level 4 (120 credits) Diploma, a Level 5 (120 credits), or take both together as a combined Level 4 & Level 5 (240 credits) diploma. It’s built to give you the practical know-how employers expect from HR professionals.
This qualification is delivered fully online, so you can begin whenever it suits you. No rush, no set study dates. Each module in the HR management course (Level 4 & Level 5) includes 40 hours of structured learning online, plus an extra 30-50 hours of optional learning materials. These usually come with suggested exercises, helpful reading, digital resources, and self-check activities so you can feel confident before assessments.
To finish the course, you’ll submit 10 online assignments for Level 4 and 6 online assignments for Level 5. The word count is roughly 5,000 to 8,000 words per assignment. After you pass, you’ll receive your Level 4 and Level 5 diploma in Human Resource Management. From there, you can top up your qualification to a bachelor’s degree at a selection of UK universities.
Throughout the Diploma in Human Resource Management online course, you’ll have access to 1-2-1 tutor support and webinars, plus social learning forums and extra resources to help you move through your modules without getting stuck.
