How it works
When you study on our Human Resource Management course, you work towards an OTHM Level 7 diploma. It’s built to help you pick up the practical know-how and subject understanding you’ll need to move forward in the HR field.
Everything is delivered online, so you’re not stuck with a fixed timetable. You can begin whenever it suits you and adjust your pace along the way. Each module includes 40 hours of tutor-guided learning online. On top of that, there are another 30 to 50 hours of optional support, like suggested activities, extra reading, useful digital resources, and self-check tasks.
To finish the diploma, you’ll submit 6 assignments for Level 7. Each one is usually around 2,000 to 3,000 words. After you pass, you’ll receive your OTHM Level 7 diploma. From there, you can top up your qualification to an MBA with a selection of UK universities.
Throughout the course, you’ll have access to 1-2-1 tutor support and webinars, plus social learning forums and extra materials to help you get through each stage with confidence. You can also review the academic standards we work with and the organisations we’re connected to, so you know you’re learning in a solid, credible environment.
