So, what is a Baby Planner?
A baby planner is a private pregnancy and postpartum consultant. They meet with expecting and new parents and provide education, helpful resources, and steady support, so clients can make decisions with confidence. In some cases, they may also suggest products, services, and learning materials that fit what the family needs.
Baby planners help expecting and new parents move toward the choices that feel right for them and their baby. They do this by offering support and education in a way that stays neutral and respectful, then adjusts to each family’s situation. So, one family might want help comparing a Bradley, Lamaze, and HypnoBirthing class. Another might be trying to figure out whether a birthing doula or a postpartum doula makes more sense. Some parents want recommendations for their registry, while others prefer to do their own research. The key point is that a baby planner doesn’t guess what you need. Instead, they tailor their support to your specific circumstances, every step of the way, from preconception through pregnancy and beyond.
Baby planners can work with clients during the full pregnancy and postpartum period, or they may meet for a few focused sessions, depending on what each family is looking for.
