How it works
On our Employability and Workplace Skills course, you’ll work through a Level 3 (60 credits) OTHM diploma. It’s designed to help you develop the skills you need to stand out and do well in today’s career world.
You complete everything online, and you can start whenever you like. It’s a flexible setup, so you can fit study around your life. Each module includes 40 hours of structured, guided learning online. Alongside that, you’ll get access to an extra 30 to 50 hours of optional learning, including suggested activities, helpful readings, digital resources, and self-check tasks.
To finish the diploma, you’ll submit 6 online assignments, with 1 at each level section. Expect each assignment to be around 2,000 to 3,000 words. When you pass, you’ll receive the OTHM diploma. After that, you may be able to top up your qualification into a bachelor’s degree at a selection of UK universities.
Throughout the course, you’ll have access to 1-2-1 tutor support and webinars, plus social learning forums and extra resources to help you get through the diploma confidently. For more detail on the support available, check the Student Resources page. You can also review the academic standards we meet and the groups we’re connected with, so you know you’re learning with a reputable programme.
